This blog follows my new years resolution. Which is to lose some weight. As you can tell by my url I dont have a tremendous amount of weight to lose, but it's still gonna take some pretty hard work to reach my goal. I plan to start an exercise regimen consisting of yoga as well as aerobic and cardio workouts. I plan to start Weight Watchers (which I have been successful with before). I plan to share with you my experiences, tips, recipes, and sob stories. Come join me on my journey to swim suit season.
